The holiday complex Polaris Inn is situated in the town of Bansko, the Gramadeto area, on the first line closest to Pirin Park, 100 metres away from the first station of the cabin ski lift, with a panoramic view over Pila, Pirin and the Phodopi Mountains.

The complex will have two entries and two lifts which get to the basement and serve the underground garages and the swimming pool. The swimming pool will have two parts, one inside and one outside. The ceiling of the part that is inside will be a glass dome and will let sunshine directly in.

There will be a lobby- bar with an atrium to the swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, consulting room and ski cloakroom. The casino will be in the eastern part of the ground floor of the building. Its light height is 3,5 metres, which is a possibility for a luxurious interior design. It will be connected to the swimming pool and the other parts of the building by means of a hot line. The complex will have studios and 1-, 2- and 3-room flats between 30 and 100 sq metres.
