For your convenience we have provided an elevator, a cozy lounge bar with fireplace, a reception area, sauna, steam bath facility, massage parlor, restaurant-tavern, ski depot and stores.
The architect who designed the PHOENIX ІІ Holiday Complex is Mr. Alexander Sandev of ALVI OOD design bureau , Blagoevgrad, a member of the Bulgarian ICOMOS (International Council for Monuments and Sites) Committee . The building plot is property of PHOENIX ОО D .
The Basement of PHOENIX ІІ has a floor area of 369 m 2. On this level are located the Restaurant-Tavern, Sauna, Steam-bath facility, Massage Parlor, Solarium, Fitness Centre and Ski Depot.
The First floor /13/ (ground floor) of PHOENIX ІІ has a floor area of 348 m 2 and houses the Reception , Lounge Bar, Shopping Area with a separate entrance from Glazne Str. , Restrooms and Storage Room , and is suitable for offices and stores . The floor area of individual units varies from 26 to 170m 2. Their location provides quick and convenient access to the wide Glazne Str. by foot or by car.
The Second floor of PHOENIX ІІ has a floor area of 460 m2 and accommodates 4 studios , 3 single-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom apartments .

The basement will be additionally protected by 4 cm thermal insulation , hydro insulation and a drainage system to drain away underground waters . The beamless structure of PHOENIX ІІ Holiday Complex allows for two adjacent apartments to be joined together according to your preferences .
All apartments all have southerly exposure (South , South-East , or South-West) . For each of the apartments, an option for a fireplace has been provided. 80% of the apartments have their own terraces and space for a built-in sauna or steam bath facility .
As a guarantee for your security and safety, we have installed a burglar alarm as well as fire alarm wiring. All apartments are equipped with intercom, TV and landline telephone and Internet access points located in the sitting room.
