The Complex is located only 50 meters from the bottom Station of New Gondola which is part of SUPER BOROVETS project and 900 meters from the center of the resort. The distance to the main road Borovets-Plovdiv is only 30 meters. In the summer time the Sequoia complex is starting point for many hiking routes up in the Rila Mountain like Black Rock tour, Chakur Voivoda chalet, Marica chalet, Marica lakes and others. The apartment buildings are founded in the ski resort called Borovetz. Borovetz is located on Rila Mountain, which is the highest mountain as well as the most beautiful one in the Balkans. This is about 30 miles from the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia. This resort is well known for its beauty and its emerging popularity in the country. The Bulgarian government just acknowledged a special project for developing the resort. This project will turn Borovetz into the most modern and luxurious mountain resort in the Balkans. Around Borovetz are founded many ski tracks with perfect conditions for practicing the ski sports.

The buildings are located very close to the first stop of the newly constructed cabin lift. As well as close to the newly constructed luxury residences which are owned by some government leaders. The buildings form a complex that is 50 yards away from the cabin lift. The complex offers everything you will need for your perfect ski vacation. There are restaurant with traditional Bulgarian and European meals, Irish style pub, Spa and wellness center, Indoor pool, Ski wardrobes, medical and pharmacy shop, supermarket and shops. The complex has a 24h security, and offers enough parking space for the visitors. The three buildings form a beautiful green yard, with old unique trees called sequoia, which are 160 years old and about 30 yards high. There is a fountain in the yard.

Sequoia 1:

1st luxury building: On the ground floor you will find garages, ski closets, supermarket, reception with an office and maintenance warehouses. On every floor of the building there are 12 apartments and a room for a chambermaid. The apartments contain a living room, kitchen box, 1 or 2 bedrooms (depending), toilet and a bathroom. On the 3rd and 4th floors there are maisonettes (all together 4 in number), which contain a living room, kitchen box, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a toilet. All apartments have balconies and are fully furnished. The building is expected to be finished in August, 2006.
